Visitors
How do I access Parking EM?
Parking is accessible through the first garage entrance, located at 755 Le Corbusier Blvd., next to Place Bell.
A second entrance is located near 1900 Jacques-Tétreault Street.
What are the operating hours of the Parking EM indoor parking garage?
Indoor parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How much does it cost to park in Parking EM?
A pricing chart is available in the “Pricing and Subscriptions” section.
Do visitors have access to parking?
Yes, visitors may use levels SS1 and SS2.
Can I leave my car parked for several days?
Yes. You may leave a vehicle parked for several days. However, each day is charged at the applicable rates.
How do I purchase parking tickets for frequent visitors?
This option is not currently available. Solutions for frequent visitors may be offered at a later date.
What should I do if the gate won't open or if my access isn't working?
Please use the intercom at the entrance or contact security at 450-682-7477 for immediate assistance.
What should I do if I lose my ticket?
If you lose your ticket, the parking fee will be $22.
You can validate your ticket using the Espace Montmorency app or at one of the designated payment kiosks.
Le tarif change-t-il lors d’événements ?
Yes. During events, the price may be adjusted (e.g., $22).
Is Espace Montmorency liable for theft or damage?
Espace Montmorency is not liable for any theft, loss, or damage that may occur in the parking lot.
How do I buy individual parking tickets?
Visit the “Prices and Subscriptions” section, where you can purchase tickets in packs of 10.
Are there any maintenance periods or restrictions?
Notices will be provided in advance if any construction or maintenance work is scheduled.
For subscriptions
How do I sign up for parking?
Two options:
- through the “Pricing and Subscription” section of the website;
- via the EM app (Parking section>Residential > Application form.).
Your request must be approved by the manager.
What systems are used to enter and exit the parking lot?
There are three options available:
- automatic license plate recognition;
- QR code via the Espace Montmorency app;
- transponder (upon request), installed in the vehicle.
The transponder is recommended in winter or when the license plate is difficult to read.
How does billing work?
The subscription fee is charged automatically each month on the date you signed up, using the credit card on file in your account.
What payment methods are accepted?
Parking EM accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
What happens if my payment fails?
Access to the parking lot may be suspended until payment is made. Please update your payment information as soon as possible.
For Residents
Which levels are reserved for residents?
Level SS3 is reserved for residents.
Levels SS1 and SS2 are open to visitors.
Can I park on a level other than the one assigned to me?
No. Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
Warnings may be issued, and in the event of a repeat offense, the vehicle may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Do visitors to Espace Montmorency have access to all three interior levels of Parking EM?
Visitors can access the first two levels of the complex (SS1 and SS2), while level SS3 is reserved exclusively for Espace Montmorency residents.
Can I use my subscription for multiple vehicles?
No. Each vehicle must be linked to a separate subscription in order to access the parking lot.
Can I let a guest sit in my seat?
No. Parking spaces are strictly reserved for use by the resident who holds the permit and may not be lent or transferred.
