Access to the Montmorency subway station

Located next to Espace Montmorency, the Montmorency metro station is the starting point of the Orange Line, which will take you wherever you want to go.

Better yet, more than 25 bus routes serving Montreal’s North Shore converge at this Laval terminal. Take our tunnel to get directly to the station from our parking lot.

Elevators on every level

At the bottom of each of Espace Montmorency's four towers, you'll find an elevator that takes you up from level SS3 of the indoor parking garage to the first floor, via levels SS2 and SS1.

Late-night assistance

A concierge service is available for those who need access to the indoor parking garage late at night.

When possible, a security guard can even escort you to your vehicle. To take advantage of this free service, please call 450-682-7477.

Bixi station and bike parking

Explore the neighborhood on one of the Bixi bikes available at the Montmorency terminal.
Upon presentation of proof of residence or employment at the complex, Espace Montmorency employees and residents can take advantage of free indoor bike parking on Level SS1.
Users of this service are required to provide their own lock to secure their bike.

Communauto

Four car-sharing vehicles, including a hybrid model, are available on the first level of Parking EM. Reserve your car and pick it up on Parking EM's SS1 level.
